1 Italian sweet fritters
INGREDIENTS
• 120g flour
• 1 egg
• Pinch of salt
• 25g sugar
• Milk 200ml
• Lemon rind
• Vanilla
• Oil
• Icing sugar
METHOD

METHOD
- Pour the egg into a bowl, add sugar, salt and whisk.
- Add lemon zest, vanilla essence and beat again.
- Add the milk little by little while you keep mixing.
- Place the flour in a sieve and add to the mixture while whisking.
- Heat oil in a pot and put the rosette fritter tool in the oil, wait for it to heat up and place in the mixture.
- Quickly replace it in the hot oil.
- Remove from the oil and drain.
2 Apple fritters balls
INGREDIENTS
for the dough:
2 eggs

100g sugar
100g ricotta cheese
lemon zest
10g baking powder
300g flour

METHOD
1. Beat the eggs together with the salt and sugar. Add the ricotta cheese, lemon zest, baking powder, and flour.
2. Make some balls with the dough (not too big) and deep fry them, a few at a time, in hot oil.
3. Dust them with sugar and serve!

3 Easy apple, pear and banana fritters served with cream and cinnamon!
Apple fritters
INGREDIENTS
3 apples
3 pears
2 bananas
2 egg yolks
of sugar
of flour
of beer
2 tsp of vanilla extract
Salt
2 egg whites
Cinnamon
Powdered sugar
Cream

METHOD
1.Add two egg yolks and sugar in a bowl.
2.Then add alternating a little bit of flour and beer until you’ve done.
3.Add some vanilla extract and salt then mix all togheter.
4. In another bowl whip the egg withes.
5. Add it to the other bowl and then put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Pineapple donuts
INGREDIENTS
6 pineapple rings;
1 cup flour+ ½ cup for dredging;
2 tsp baking powder;
1 ½ cup water;
2 tbsp sugar;
vegetable oil for frying.
METHOD
1.Mix dry ingredients (1 cup flour, sugar, baking powder) together.
2.Add water and whisk to combine until no lumps left.
3.Dredge pineapple rings in leftover ½ cup flour.
4.Deep into a batter, making sure it is covered from all sides.
5.Fry pineapple donuts in preheated to 180C/350F oil for 2-3 minutes or until golden.
6.Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar and drizzled with caramel sauce.
