Potatoes raclette: a delicious idea ready in no-time!

Bechamel

METHOD
- Place a potato on two horizontal sticks.
- Make several cuts vertically along with the potato without cutting it entirely.
- Place several cut potatoes on a baking sheet.
- Oil them, add salt and pepper and bake for 1 hour at 200ºC (392ºF)
- Fill the cuts with raclette cheese, bacon, and onion.
- Pour the bechamel sauce over the potatoes and bake again for 20 min at 200ºC (392ºF).
