Pork loin with salt: a method to have it more tasty

Ingredients:
800 gr loin
2 tablespoons olive oil
Sweet Paprika
Cumin
thyme
Rosemary
Chopped garlic
Marjoram
Coarse salt (the amount needed to cover all the loin)
2 tablespoons white wine

Directions:
In a small bowl mix oil, paprika, cumin, thyme, rosemary, garlic and marjoram (all finely chopped). Brush the mixture over all the meat and wrap it in plastic wrap and leave for 2 hours.
Then place the meat in a baking dish, cover completely with salt and bake at 356°F (180°) for 1 hour.
