Sesame seed fritters: a simple and delicious recipe

These pancakes are called Bánh TIÊU and are Vietnamese.
Ingredients:
280 gr flour
100 gr fresh milk
80 gr egg whites
50 gr sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon instant dry yeast
Ssle
1 vial of vanillin
Sesame seeds
Directions:
In a bowl mix the sifted flour, baking powder, dry yeast, salt and vanillin. Instead, combine milk, egg whites and sugar. Stir and gradually add the powders. Stir until you have a dough then let it rise until doubled in volume. Subsequently roll out the dough, form balls and pass them in sesame seeds. Crush and fry in hot oil.
