Two creamy layers cake: the dessert to try absolutely

Ingredients:
1 roll of puff pastry
1 egg
200 gr cream for whipping
40 gr. Icing sugar
Chopped almonds to decorate
Cream:
2 egg yolks
500 ml of milk
50 gr sugar
Lemon peel
1 cinnamon stick
30 g cornstarch
Vanilla extract
Directions:
Heat the milk with cinnamon and lemon rind, apart from eggs and sugar. Pour the hot milk and add the starch and vanilla essence, let it thicken.
Cut the roll of pastry trying to create edges, brush with the yolk and cover the base with dried pulses. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 20 minutes.
Then add the cream, then whip the cream with the icing sugar and cover the cake.
