Puff pastry pinwheels: how to make them at home in a few steps!

Quick and easy puff pastry pinwheels recipe that everyone will love!
INGREDIENTS

Warm water 200 ml
Warm milk 200 ml
Yeast 25 grams ( one package of dry yeast )
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Egg white 1
Oil 100 ml
Flour 800-900 grams
Melted butter 150 g
Egg yolk 1
METHOD
- In a bowl pour water and milk, add in yeast, sugar, egg white, oil, salt and flour, mix it well with your hand and let the dough rest for about 30-40 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 12-14 pieces and roll over each.
- Then spread melted butter onto first and repeat with every next one. Then roll over all dough together again and cut it into equal parts. Twist each particle and transfer it onto a prepared baking pan.
- Spread the egg yolk onto the dough. Bake for 50-60 minutes at 180’ C( 356’ F)
