Creamy apple pie: this is even better than the classic recipe!

This recipe is amazing, have you ever used apple in this way?

INGREDIENTS
120 crumbled cookies
60 grams melted butter
4-5 apples for filling
Milk 220 ml
Flour 180 grams
Sugar 100 grams
2 sliced apples on top
Jam 150 grams
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl blend the cookies, add in melted butter and mix well.
  2. Transfer the mixture into prepared baking pan. Let it cool in the fridge.
  3. Blend together apple pieces with milk, flour and sugar. Pour the mixture into the pan. Put apple slices onto the top of the cake.
  4. Bake for 1 hour at 180 ‘ C ( 356’F )
  5. Pour the jam over the prepared cake.
