Sausage bake with vegetables and gravy: so delicious

Ingredients:
700 gr baby potatoes
3 carrots
2 red onions
2 minced garlic cloves
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons dried thyme
1 teaspoon dry oregano
Salt and pepper
8-10 sausages
Oil
Sauce:
30 gr melted butter
2 tablespoons flour
500 ml meat stock
Fresh thyme
Directions:
Wash and cut potatoes, onion, carrots and garlic. Put everything in a large bowl and then add sausages, thyme, oregano, oil, salt and pepper.
Transfer everything to a baking sheet.
Melt the butter and add the flour, stir and add the broth and thyme. Pour into the pan and bake at 400°F (200°) for 25 minutes, then take out the pan, turn the sausages and bake for another 25 minutes.
