Chocolate brioche: fluffy and super delicious!

This chocolate brioche is soft, golden buns filled with decadent white chocolate cream. These will fill you up and satisfy your chocolate cravings anytime!
INGREDIENTS

For a bun:
500g Manitoba flour
50g cocoa
100g sugar
1 pcg vanillin
250ml milk
18g brewer's yeast
1 egg
1 pinch salt
60g soft butter
For filling:
White Chocolate
Cookies Star Pan
Decorate:
milk
Sugar candies
METHOD
- In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa, sugar, salt, and vanillin, and then pour the egg and yeast dissolved in warm milk.
- Start mixing the ingredients, then add the soft butter. Mix everything, then form a loaf, transfer it to a bowl and cover. Let rise. Divide the dough into 12-15 pieces, flatten them and place a square of white chocolate and a few pieces of Pan di Stelle cookies in the center of each. Close them again to form spheres and place them in a baking dish.
- Cover and allow to rise for 30 minutes. Grease with milk and garnish with sugar candies, then bake at 180°C/350°F for 20-30 minutes.
