Cheesecake with chocolate flakes: a very delight to surprise your guests

Ingredients:
600 gr cream cheese
150 gr sour cream
6 eggs
4 sachets of vanilla sugar
25 gr starch
Grated lemon peel
2 tablespoons lemon juice
100 g chocolate of your choice
Raisins (optional)

Directions:
Put the cheese in a large bowl and add sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, starch, peel and lemon juice. Finally add and integrate the yolks. After obtaining a creamy mixture, pour it into a 16 cm mold (buttered and floured) and bake at 340°F (170°) for 60 minutes.
