Veggie fritters: how to make this amazing side dish

Ingredients:
2 large potatoes
1 carrot
Chives
1 egg
2 tablespoons full of flour
Oil
salt
Chili powder (optional)
Directions:
Cut the potatoes into thin slices and boil them. Then also cut the carrot and chives. Crush the potatoes and add carrots and chives, mix and add flour, salt and oil. Form a homogeneous mixture and place in a food bag. Cut one end and form the pancakes by placing them directly in the pan with boiling oil.
