Puffy crepes, the dessert to surprise your guests

Ingredients:
300 gr flour
300 gr semolina flour
8 gr dry yeast
4 gr baking powder
salt
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
1 egg

Directions:
First dissolve the yeast in water then put the two flour in a bowl. Add salt, yeast, yeast dissolved in water and egg. Stir vigorously and form a thick mixture without lumps, cover with plastic wrap and let stand for an hour. Then cook your crepes in a non-stick pan.
