Cheesy scalloped potatoes: the creamy and yummy meal

Ingredients:
6-8 peeled potatoes
2 tbsp all purpose flour
2 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3 cups milk
3 cups white cheddar
1/2 cup mozzarella
Salt to taste

Directions:
Peel the potato and slice then, set aside.
melt the butter in a pot and add flour, garlic, milk, nutmeg and cheddar.
Layer the potato and add the cream and mozzarella cheese. Finally bake at 400°F (200°) for 1 hour.
