Light girelle: this is the most delicious snack!

Light, but delicious, here's how to make an easy snack in no-time!
INGREDIENTS
1 egg
120g egg whites (3/4)
20g sweetener

20g instant coffee
a pinch of salt
80g flour
hazelnut cream

dark chocolate
METHOD
1. Prepare the batter by beating together the eggs and sweetener.
2. Add the flour. Divide the batter and add the instant coffee to half of it.
3. Pour the plain batter into a sheet pan and bake at 180°C for 8 minutes.
4. Pour the coffee batter over it and bake at 180°C for 6/8 minutes. Let it cool.
5. Spread the hazelnut cream over the cake and roll it up. Refrigerate the roll for at least two hours. Slice it and serve with dark chocolate!
