Eggless chocolate pancakes: this fill will surprise you

Ingredients:
Pancakes:
50 ml milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
210 grams of flour
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 tablespoon baking powder
3 tablespoons of oil
5 tablespoons of honey
1 pinch of salt
100 ml warm milk
2 teaspoon of ground coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Pancakes:
50 ml milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
210 grams of flour
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 tablespoon baking powder
3 tablespoons of oil
5 tablespoons of honey
1 pinch of salt
100 ml warm milk
2 teaspoon of ground coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Cream:
500 ml milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons honey
500 ml milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons honey
Directions:
Mix the 50 ml of milk with the lemon juice and leave aside. Sift flour, cocoa and baking powder. Add oil, honey and salt to the milk and then add the dry ingredients. Dissolve the coffee in hot milk and gradually add to the rest. Cook your pancakes in a non-stick and greased pan.
Cream: in a saucepan bring the milk to the boil with the lemon juice, then let it cool completely. Blend the mixture with honey and stuff the pancakes.
