Cheesy bread donut: the right recipe to surprise your guests

Ingredients:
300 gr flour
40 gr sugar
5 gr dry yeast
3 gr salt
50 gr egg mixture
150 gr warm milk
30 gr melted butter
7 slices of cheddar
Melted butter to brush
Directions:
In a container place flour, sugar, yeast, salt, egg mixture and warm milk. Put all in a mixer and finally add melted butter. Place the dough in a bowl, cover and leave for 1 hour.
Spread the dough and fill with cheddar, roll and cut. Leave the dough in a mold and cover for 40 minutes. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 20/22 minutes.
