Apple creamy pie: each slices will be amazing

Ingredients:
Shortcrust:
250 gr flour
1 pinch of salt
80 gr sugar
1 egg
125 gr butter

4-5 apples
1/2 lemon juice

Cream:
150 gr marzipan
3 egg yolks
Peel of a lemon
250 gr sour cream
50 gr sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
1 tablespoon starch

1-2 tablespoons apricot jam
Directions:
Shortcrust: mix the flour with sugar, salt, butter and egg. Obtain a homogeneous dough, leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes and then roll it out into the mold. Cut the apples, mix them with the lemon juice and place them on the pastry.
Cream: in a grated bowl the lemon rind, add the sour cream and add sugar and grated marzipan. Add vanilla sugar and starch. After obtaining a liquid mixture, pour it over the apples and bake at 356°F (180°) for 45 minutes. Finally brush the jam on the surface.
