Leopard cheese tart: beautiful and yummy

Ingredients:
Chocolate shortcrust pastry:
200g butter, softened
150g sugar
1 egg
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
300g all-purpose flour
Garnishing:
500g cream cheese
400ml whipping cream
200g sugar
3 eggs
100g melted butter
5 tablespoons cornstarch
Directions:
Shortcrust pastry: place the ingredients in a bowl and start mixing them. Once well combined, place the pastry in a buttered pan (keep a portion for the final decoration).
Cheesecake: whip cream cheese and cream, then add sugar, eggs, butter and starch. Pour the mixture over the pastry and place a few pieces on the surface. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 60 minutes.
