Baked spicy potatoes: how to make them tasty and crispy

Ingredients:
800 gr of potatoes
50 gr of extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of oregano
1 teaspoon of strong paprika
Salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 clove of garlic

Directions:
Cut the potatoes into wedges leaving the peel, then place them in cold water. Leave for a few minutes and then dry them well.
Place the potatoes in a bowl and add all the spices, mix well and place on a baking sheet. Pour the remaining oil from the dressing and bake at 400°F (200-220°) for 25 minutes.
