3 recipe with figs: you will love them!

1 Fig bruschette
INGREDIENTS
sliced bread
prosciutto
stracchino cheese
figs
honey

METHOD
- Slice the bread into 2cm thick slices and top with some olive oil and rosemary. Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
- Spread Stracchino cheese on each slice.
- Place a slice of prosciutto over the cheese and then place a fig (sliced in half) on top.
- You can add some honey if you like.
2 Fig and nuts cake
INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
salt
180g sugar
80g potato starch
130ml vegetable oil
125g yogurt
250g flour
16g baking powder
1 tsp honey
walnuts
almonds

METHOD
1. Beat together the eggs, salt, and sugar. Add the potato starch, oil and yogurt.
2. Add the flour gradually, then the baking powder and the honey.
3. Pour the batter into a 22cm springform pan. Garnish with fig slices.
4. Bake at 170/180°C for 50 minutes.
If the cake looks like it is starting to get too dark on top, cover it with a sheet of aluminum foil.

METHOD
1. Melt the yeast in milk and water. Gradually add the flour.
2. Add the egg, sugar, olive oil and salt.
3. knead the dough and let it rise for two hours.
4. divide the dough in half. Cover the bottom of a cake pan with half of the dough.
5. add the grapes and cover with the remaining dough
6. bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
