Potato bread: serve it to your guests to make them very happy

Ingredients:
500 gr flour
250 ml milk
150 gr sour cream
50 ml oil
1 package of dried yeast
2 tbsp of sugar
1 tsp of salt
250 gr boiled potato
250 gr mozzarella cheese
1 egg
Directions:
In a bowl mix flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Then add milk, sour cream and oil. Make a dough and leave for 2/3 hours.
Mix boiled potato with mozzarella and egg. Make some balls with the dough and leave for 30 minutes.
Spread each balls and fill with potato balls, spread and cook in a pan.
