Turkish Bread: soft and thin bread with delicious parsley

Ingredients:
1 kg flour
300 ml milk
300 ml hot water
1 tbsp salt
1 yeast
oil
parsley
Directions
Mix the flour, sugar and salt in a large mixing bowl. Create a small well in the middle of the flour and add the yeast. Pour the milk and water into the well and mix everything together with your hands. Cover the mixing bowl with cling film and leave to prove for about one hour. Flour a work surface and tip the proven dough out on to the work surface. Shape the dough into a flat circle. Cook in a pan. Coat the top of the bread with olive oil and parsley.
