1 French toast roll ups with hazelnut cream
INGREDIENTS
slices of brioche bread
hazelnut cream
200ml milk
1 egg
METHOD
1. Roll-out a slice of brioche bread and spread hazelnut cream on it.
2. Roll it up and dip it in an egg and milk wash.
3. Melt some butter in a pan and cook the roll-ups for about 2 minutes on each side.
4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve hot!

2 Bread omelette
INGREDIENTS
• 2 bread slices
• 3 eggs
• 1 red onion, chopped
• 1 green chili, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp parsley
• 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
• 1 pinch of turmeric
• salt
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
METHOD

METHOD
- Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add turmeric, salt and pepper and mix
- Add onions, green chilies and parsley. Divide the omelette mixture into 2 parts.
- Oil the pan (1 tablespoon), fry the bread until golden brown on both sides.
- Add the rest of the oil. Pour the omelet into the pan
- Put it in the center of the omelet, wrap all the edges and serve.
3 Bakery-style croissants
INGREDIENTS
500g flour
250g milk
120g sugar
1 pinch of salt
20g fresh yeast
1 egg
vanilla extract
3 tsp. vegetable oil
100g butter

METHOD
- Mix the milk with the fresh yeast.
- Add a couple of spoonfuls of flour to the milk and yeast and stir.
- Add the remaining flour, 3 teaspoons of oil, a pinch of salt, sugar and knead. Let the dough rise for at least two hours.
- Divide the dough equally into 8 balls. Roll out each ball into a circle.
- Layer these circles alternating them with melted butter. Roll out this layered dough until it’s thinner and slice it into triangles. Fill them with anything you like and roll them up.
- Let them rise for at least another half-hour, brush them with some egg yolk, sprinkle with some pearl sugar, and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
- Let them cool, and enjoy your breakfast!
