1 Crispy baked yogurt chicken
INGREDIENTS
chicken breasts
yogurt
salt
pepper
parmesan
breadcrumbs
METHOD
1. Pour the yogurt over the chicken and add salt and pepper.
2. Let it marinade for 30 minutes in the fridge.
3. Now roll the chicken into the breadcrumbs with the parmesan.
4. Bake for 20 minutes at 400°F.
6. Serve hot.

2 Pesto chicken rolls
INGREDIENTS

METHOD
1. Using parchment paper, flatten the chicken breast.
2. Fill with pesto, sliced provola cheese and ham.
3. Roll up the chicken and fillings and close it with a toothpick.
4. In a pan, let it cook the rolls for about 20 minutes with olive oil and lemon zest.
5. Make sure the chicken is well done before serving them topped with some basil and lemon zest.

METHOD
1.Take your chicken breast and pound the meat to tenderize it.
2.Now take a hot pan and add butter and olive oil until they melt.
3.Add some flour on the chicken breast and then pass them into the pan.
4.Cook each side for 2 minutes.
5.Add milk, salt, pepper and rosemary then cover it and let it cook for 5 minutes until the milk is condensed.
6.Serve them!

4 Brown sugar garlic chicken bites

2. In a bowl add the brown sugar, salt and pepper.
3. Add the chicken pieces and the garlic and marinate for 30 minutes.
4. Wrap the chicken in a strip of bacon and put into your baking dish.
Sprinkle over the remaining brown sugar.
5.Cook for 30 minutes or until bacon is cooked through and crisp.
