Cannelloni stuffed with mushrooms and speck: a recipe sure to be a success

Ingredients for 2 people:
6 sheets of lasagna
1 tablespoon of oil
salt
1 tablespoon of grated cheese
Bechamel sauce (you can buy it or prepare it at home)

Stuffing:
6 slices of speck
6 slices of mozzarella
250 gr mushrooms
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons of grated cheese

Directions:
Cook the sheets and place them on a towel, then cut and cook the mushrooms. Mix them with the béchamel sauce and grated cheese. Stuff the sheets and roll them, cover with the rest with the béchamel and grated cheese. Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
