Tuna and potato fritters: easy, quick and very delicious

Ingredients:
1 kg boiled potatoes
300 gr tuna
150 gr grated cheese
2 eggs
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons capers
1 onion
Parsley
4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper
Oil

Peel and juice of a lemon

Directions:
Cut the onion and soften it in a pan with oil. Then boil and mash the potatoes. Then mix all the ingredients (except breadcrumbs and lemon peel) in a large bowl. Pass the fritters in the breadcrumbs mixed with the lemon peel and fry them in oil.
