Arabic bubble bread: how to make it perfect

Ingredients:
200 gr Semolina flour
Salt and water (as you need)
Oil (as you need)
Directions:
In a large bowl mix the semolina flour with water and make a dough. Leave it for 1 hour and then divide it into balls. Leave for 30 minutes and then spread as the video shows. Cook in a pan with oil and serve.
