No-knead, no special equipment required for these beautiful golden, soft and fluffy dinner rolls. Just combine the ingredients in a plastic bag and make these delicious buns!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups of warm water
- 1 water glass measure of oil
- 2 eggs ( egg whites and yolks separated )
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1.5 teaspoons instant yeast
- 6 cups of flour
- optional white cheese
METHOD
- In bag add water, oil, white of egg, sugar, salt, yeast, and flour, mix it well.
- Make small glazed balls from the dough, roll the garnish with your hand and place the white cheese and turn it into a round shape, place it intermittently on the baking tray laid with greaseproof paper.
- Spread the egg yolk and poppy seeds on the pastry and bake in a preheated 200 ° С ( 392 ' F ) oven for 18-20 minutes.
