Pumpkin pie: the easy and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
260 gr Pumpkin
1 Egg
Sugar
Salt
4 g yeast powder
400 gr flour
30 g oil
Directions:
Peel and seed the pumpkin then cut in slices. Put in the pan and steam for 15 minutes on fire. Take it out and pour it into a bowl. Press it, add an egg, salt, sugar and yeast powder. Still well. Add flour and oil. Cover the dough and ferment twice. Divide into 12 small doughs, knead each small dough and round it into a round shape. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment twice for about 30 minutes. Use rolling pin, click in the middle of the dough and dip in the white sesame. Cook cover for three minutes. Then turn over and cover again.
