4 ways to eat pizza like you've never did before!

1. Sandwich bread pizza
INGREDIENTS
sandwich bread
tomato puree
basil
Parmesan cheese
olive oil
pepper
provola cheese
mozzarella cheese
METHOD
1. Place the slices of sandwich bread on the baking sheet.
2. Season with tomato sauce, provola cheese, basil and pepper.
3. Add other slice of sandwich bread, tomato sauce and mozzarella.
3. Season with a little oil and bake for 20 minutes at 190°C.
4. Add some basil leaves and serve warm.

2. Pizzaiola rolls
INGREDIENTS

oregano
basil
egg wash
breadcrumbs
METHOD
1. Roll out the bread slices and cover them in tomato puree.
2. Sprinkle with oregano, add the cheese and basil.
3. Roll them up and dip in egg wash and cover in breadcrumbs.
4. Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.

METHOD

3. Tortilla pizza
INGREDIENTS
flour tortillas
tomato sauce
oregano
mozzarella cheese
olive oil
Parmesan cheese
basil
METHOD
1. Place a flour tortilla in a pan. Spread the tomato sauce over it.
2. Sprinkle with salt, oregano, add the mozzarella cheese and drizzle with olive oil.
3. Let it cook for 5 minutes with a lid, or until the mozzarella melts.
4. Top with some basil and serve.

nutmeg

egg, beaten
flour
breadcrumbs

provola cheese
oregano
METHOD
1. Combine the ground chicken with the seasonings, Parmesan cheese, and a bit of olive oil.
2. Flatten it out in a 22cm cake pan, and then freeze it for one hour.
3. Cover in flour first, then dip it in the egg and finally cover it in the breadcrumbs.
4. Bake at 180°C for 25 minute. Cover with tomato puree, provola cheese and sprinkle with oregano.
5. Put it back in the oven and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
