Strawberry poke cake: the most delicious dessert ever!

Incredibly light and delicious, this fluffy cake is filled with strawberry cream and topped with fresh whipped cream and strawberries.

INGREDIENTS

• 10 Graham Crackers

• ½ box of vanilla cake prepared according to packaging

• 455g strawberries

• 225g Cream cheese softened

• 1 can condensed milk

• 1 cup milk

• 230g Whipped cream

• strawberries, for garnish

METHOD

Spray a baking tray. Put 9 crackers on the bottom of the tray.
Pour the prepared vanilla cake dough onto the Graham cracker.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350°F/175°C until the inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Using the back of a wooden spoon, make 4x4 holes in the cake, getting a total of 16 holes.
In a large bowl, beat the strawberries.
Add cream cheese and condensed milk.
Add milk, stirring until smooth.
Pour the mixture onto the cake. Spread the whipped cream over the cake.
Refrigerate the cake from 3 hours.
Cut into slices and serve with strawberries and cracker crumbs.
