Creamy rice pudding cake: ready with just a few ingredients!

INGREDIENTS
• 300g rice
• 1,5l milk fat
• 160g butter
• 6 eggs
• 400g icing sugar
• 1 tbsp orange and lemon zest
• Breadcrumbs
METHOD
- Add milk and rice to a pan over low heat and mix, cook for 30 minutes.
- Melt the butter and separate the eggs, beat the yolks with sugar. Beat the whites and mix everything together.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs into the pan and pour the mixture.
- Bake for 60 minutes at 320°F/160°C.
