4 chocolate desserts: how to satisfy your chocolate craving!

1. Chocolate glasses
INGREDIENTS
• Milk Chocolate
• White Chocolate
• Dark Chocolate
• Strawberry sauce
• Whipped cream
• 3 plastic cups
• 3 bottles.
• Strawberries
METHOD

METHOD
- Place each chocolate in a different bowl and melt.
- Dip a plastic cup into the chocolate and place it face down on the neck of a bottle.
- Wait for it to dry.
- Repeat the step with white chocolate and dark chocolate to form different layers in the glasses.
- When dry, use a knife to cut the leftovers of chocolate from the top and remove the plastic cup.
- Mix strawberry sauce with melted white chocolate.
- Add whipped cream and mix well.
- Fill a pipping bag with the strawberry mousse and fill each glass with chocolate.
- Decorate with a strawberry and more whipped cream.
2. Strawberry and chocolate mousse with a jello layer
INGREDIENTS
• 3 oz strawberry jello
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1 cup cold water
• 10 fresh strawberries, sliced
Chocolate layer
1 1/2 cup half and half milk
14 g unflavored gelatin,
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2/3 cup granulated sugar
fresh strawberries
fresh mint sprigs
METHOD
1. Put small muffin molds in a metal muffin pan.
2. In a bowl, add 1 cup boiling water and strawberry jelly and stir for 1 minute until completely dissolved, add cold water
3. Set aside to cool.
4. Add chopped strawberries in glasses and pour over the jelly.
5. Chill 2 hours
Chocolate layer
1. In a saucepan, add cream and sprinkle on top of the gelatin.
2. Add sugar and cocoa.
3. Put on medium-high and heat to boil. Then remove from heat.
4. Set aside to cool.
5. As soon as the chocolate mixture has cooled, pour it into glasses.
6. Cool 2 hours
7. Decorate with half a strawberry and mint.

INGREDIENTS
250g cookies
100g butter
100g sugar
2 eggs
70g cocoa powder

Crushed hazelnut

METHOD
- Pour the cookie into the bowl, crush it with a glass
- Add sugar, melted butter, cocoa and eggs, mix.
- Cut the cardboard into strips and wrap with foil.
- Put them in a round spring form and add the cookie mixture between them.
- Cool for 2-3 hours. Insert ice cream sticks into each triangle.
- Melt the chocolate, pour into a wide glass and dip the triangles in it, sprinkle with hazelnuts
4. Chocolate mousse strawberry cheesecake
INGREDIENTS
FOR Crust
• Butter for the greasing
• 24 OREO BISCUITS
• 6 tbsp melted butter
• A pinch of salt
FOR cream
• 680g dark or semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
• a pinch of salt
• 3 cups fresh cream
• 4 cups strawberries

METHOD
- 2. Grease 20 cm springform with butter.
- In the food processor, crush the cookies until it looks like fine crumb, then add the melted butter and salt and beat.
- Form a crust in the form.
- Bring the cream to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat. Pour over chocolate; add a pinch of salt. Let stand for 5-10 minutes, then mix until a combined. .
- Pour chocolate cream on the crust.
- Press 3 cups of strawberries into the cream, level the surface of the cream with a spatula
- Cool for at least 2 hours.
- The remaining 1 bowl of strawberries cut in half and put on top of the cake
