Lemon Roast Chicken: it couldn't be easier, but the result is really special!

Lemon Roast Chicken is a classic oven-roasted chicken recipe that results in a fresh, juicy, and tender chicken dinner option that is both easy and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
 1 chicken;
 2 lemons, sliced;
 1 bunch rosemary;
 1 tbsp garlic powder;
 ½ tbsp black pepper;
 3 tbsp vegetable oil;
 2 tbsp salt.
 
METHOD
  1.  Using a small sharp knife, remove the skin from the chicken.
  2.  Combine vegetable oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together.
  3.  Cover chicken with oil mixture. 
    Layer half of the rosemary on the bottom of the slow cooker. Place chicken over it, cover with more rosemary and lemon slices.
  4.  Place a few lemon slices inside the chicken and cover with leftover rosemary springs.
  5.  Cook on low for 8-10 hours, then remove meat from the bones and serve.
