Marinated tomatoes: one of the easiest and healthiest recipes to make

Tomatoes marinated are easy to make, perfect for a salad or side dish for any time of the year!
INGREDIENTS

Tomatoes
1 red pepper
1 green chili
2 garlic gloves
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
50ml oil
50ml vinegar 9%

METHOD
- Cut the tomatoes into round pieces. Then blend red pepper, green chili, and garlic cloves.
- To that mixture add salt, sugar, oil, vinegar, and parsley.
- Mix it well together.
- Put some tomatoes into a jar and fill it with the mixture.
- Refrigerate for about 8 hours.
