Marinated tomatoes: one of the easiest and healthiest recipes to make

Tomatoes marinated are easy to make, perfect for a salad or side dish for any time of the year!

INGREDIENTS
 Tomatoes
 1 red pepper
 1 green chili 
 2 garlic gloves
 1 tbsp salt
 2 tbsp sugar
 50ml oil
 50ml vinegar 9% 
 Parsley
 
METHOD
  1. Cut the tomatoes into round pieces. Then blend red pepper, green chili, and garlic cloves.
  2. To that mixture add salt, sugar, oil, vinegar, and parsley.
  3. Mix it well together.
  4. Put some tomatoes into a jar and fill it with the mixture.
  5. Refrigerate for about 8 hours.
