Hazelnut mousse roll: tasty, easy and fast

An Italian chef make this incredible roll, try it!
Ingredients:
-6 eggs
-140 grams of sugar
-140 grams of 00 flour
-40 gr of seed oil
-1 pinch of salt
- vanilla extract

Ingredients to fill:
-150 ml of vegetable cream
-200 gr of hazelnut cream
-150 ml of vegetable cream
-200 gr of hazelnut cream
to decorate:
- icing sugar q.b
- bitter cocoa q.b
- icing sugar q.b
- bitter cocoa q.b
Preparation:
Whisk the eggs with sugar and salt, then add the oil, vanilla and flour. Mix well and pour on the baking sheet, bake at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Mousse: mix the whipped cream with the hazelnut cream, stuff the roll and leave in the fridge for 2 hours. Decorated and served.
