Lemon roasted potatoes: the method to make them perfect

Ingredients:
3 pounds russet potatoes
1 teaspoon salt preferably coarse
1/2 teaspoons black pepper
3 teaspoons garlic chopped
1 cup water
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
Directions:
Chop the garlic and squeeze the lemons. Cut the potatoes and place into a baking dish, season with salt and pepper. Mix oil, water and lemon juice and pour on the potatoes. Bake at 450°F (225°) for 20-30 minutes.
