Hazelnut panna cotta: the recipe to prepare this amazing dessert

Ingredients:
200 ml milk
200 ml heavy cream
30 gr sugar
120 gr hazelnut cream
7 gr gelatin powder
Ganache:
80 gr chocolate flakes
100 ml heavy cream
Directions:
In a bowl mix milk and heavy cream, warm up into the microwave and then mix with sugar, hazelnut cream and gelatin powder. Pour into the glasses and refrigerate overnight.
Ganache: melt the chocolate into the warm cream and pour on the panna cotta.
