How to prepare a delicious and creamy San Sebastian cheesecake

Ingredients:
600 gr cream cheese
300 ml cream
4 eggs
150 gr icing sugar
1 tablespoon of flour

Directions:
Whip the cheese, then add the cream, the eggs, the icing sugar and the flour. Mix well until the mixture is creamy.
Pour into a 21 cm diameter mold and bake at 400°F (200°) for 45 minutes.
