How to make tasty and crispy roast potatoes

Ingredients:
10 small potatoes
4 cloves of garlic
Rosemary
Lard
Directions:
Peel the potatoes and wash them well, put them to boil in water for a couple of minutes.
Cut the garlic cloves and mix them with rosemary and lard. Season the potatoes and bake at 180°C (360°F) for 1 hour.
