Pecan pound cake: a fluffy and very tasty recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup chopped pecans
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup salted butter (2 sticks) (softened to room temperature)
1 1/3 cups sugar
5 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
For the topping:
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 tbsp sugar
Directions:
Mix pecans and flour, set aside. In another bowl mix flour and baking powder. Whip the butter with sugar, eggs, vanilla extract and sour cream. Add the pecans and pour in a mold. Top with other pecans and sugar. Bake at 325°F (160°) for 55/65 minutes.
