Zucchini pancakes: easy, quick and delicious

Ingredients for 7-8 zucchini pancakes:
White zucchinis or regular zucchinis : 400 g
Salt: 6 g 3/4 teaspoon
Eggs: 3
White pepper powder: 1 g 1/4 teaspoon
All purpose flour: 50 g 1/3 cup
Fresh chili: 1
Sesame seeds: as needed
Directions:
Grate the zucchini and press very well. Then mix with salt, egg, pepper, flour and sesame seeds. Make a uniform dough and cook with oil. Add chili and enjoy!
