New York mini cheesecake: the recipe to make them easily

Ingredients:
Crust
115 grams of digestive biscuit
50 grams of melted butter
1/8 tsp of salt

50 grams of melted butter
1/8 tsp of salt
Cheese Cake
350 grams of cream cheese, soften
80 grams of white sugar
1 tbsp of plain flour
2 eggs
50 grams of melted unsalted butter
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Toppings
80 grams of white sugar
1 tbsp of plain flour
2 eggs
50 grams of melted unsalted butter
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Toppings
50 grams of Semi-sweet chocolate-chip, melted
Strawberries, halves
Strawberries, halves
Directions:
Blend all the ingredients for the crust, place into the molds and let them cool.
Cream: mix all the ingredients until smoothy. Place on the crust and bake at 300°F (150°) for 18/22 minutes.
