How to make chinese fried sesame balls: too delicious to not try them!

This is a traditional and popular Chinese recipe that will satisfy your craving! 

INGREDIENTS
 1 cup hot water;
 2/3 cup brown sugar;
 3 cups glutinous rice flour;
 15 cheese cubes;
 ½ cup sesame seeds;
 Vegetable oil for frying.
 
METHOD
  1.  To make the dough combine sugar and hot water until crystals dissolve.
  2.  Season rice flour with a generous pinch of salt and whisk. Pour sugar solution and knead the dough until it comes together.
  3.  Separate the dough into 15 balls, flatten them between your palms and place a cube of cheese in the middle.
  4.  Wrap all edges together around the cheese piece and roll into a smooth ball.
  5.  Cover the ball with sesame and fry in preheated (180C/350F) oil for 8-10 minutes.
