Caramel bread custard pudding: the best way to make your favorite dessert using only 5 ingredients!

Smooth and delicate bread pudding, coated with a delicious caramel sauce, is a simple and stunning dessert at the same time!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
½ cup sugar;
5 eggs;
1 can condensed milk (around 300 g/10 oz);
1 ½ can water;
1 tsp vanilla extract.
METHOD
- Caramelize sugar over low heat and pour it into your baking ban. Spread the caramel forming a thin layer of caramel of the bottom. Heat the bottom of the pan if needed.
- Meanwhile whisk eggs, condensed milk, vanilla and water together.
- Pour cream mixture over caramel layer, place the baking pan into a larger pan and fill larger pan with hot water.
- Bake at 180C/350F for 1 hour. Let cool down completely, run the butter knife around the sides and flip cream caramel dessert on a serving tray.
