1. Puff pastry banana

METHOD
- Peel a banana, cut it in half horizontally.
- Place pieces of chocolate along the banana and some peanuts on top.
- Pour over liquid caramel.
- Close with the other half of the banana.
- Cut strips of pastry puff and wrap around the banana.
- Brush over beaten egg and bake for 20 minutes at 210ºC (410ªF).

METHOD
- Cut an apple into cubes and place it in a pan with butter. Add brown sugar and mix well.
- Spread apple puree over a sheet of puff pastry in a ring. Then put the apple mixture on top.
- Place two straws that reach the center of the puff pastry.
- Place another circle of puff pastry on top and use a fork to join the edges.
- With a cutter make several cuts around the circle without reaching the center. Take each slice and twist it.
- Use the straws to inflate the center of the dough.
- Bake at 190ºC (374ºF) for 10 minutes.
- Use a knife to cut the puff pastry bubble and turn it over.
- Pour custard into the bubble.
3. Pineapple puff pastry sunflowers
INGREDIENTS

METHOD
1. Cut the puff pastry sheet into circles.
2. Cover with custard cream and pineapple.
3. Cut some circles from the second sheet of puff pastry, then slice the center into triangles and pull them out of the circle.

4. Bake at 180°/190° for about 15 minutes.

4. Puff pastry cannolo
INGREDIENTS
3 pcg puff pastry
200g custard cream
50g whipped cream
1/2 cup dark chocolate, melted
1 egg
Sugar
Powdered sugar

METHOD
- Form a large sheet of cardboard for cannolo, secure the edges with a stapler. Wrap it with foil, and then parchment paper and brush with butter.
- Cut the puff pastry into strips and form cannolo. Brush with beaten egg, roll in sugar.
- Form a small cannoli, brush with egg, sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake for about 20 minutes at 200C/390F
- Let the cannolicool, mix the custard and whipped cream, fill the small cannoli with cream and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- Grease cannolo with chocolate inside and fill with small cannoli
- Tie a ribbon.
