Ready in no-time, moist and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
• 2 zucchini
• 1 red pepper
• 200g grated cheese
• 2 large eggs
• Salt
• Pepper
• 125g flour
 
METHOD
  1. Grate the zucchini.
  2. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper. Add everything to the bowl and mix well.
  3. Put the dough into a muffin tin and bake at 200°C/400°F for 25 minutes.
