Mexican chicken: a succulent and tasty dish

Ingredients:
Chicken legs
1 white onion
1 yellow and one red pepper
Date tomatoes
Bouillon cube, red beans
Parsley, oil and salt
Directions:
Cut the onion and sauté in a pan, add the chicken legs, salt and brown. Add a glass of boiling water and the bouillon cube. Add the tomatoes and parsley, cook for 20 minutes. Then add the peppers and salt, cook for at least another 30 minutes. Almost at the end of cooking, add the beans and stir for a few more minutes. If you love chilli pepper, add it and serve.
