Chocolate Braided Bread: Fluffy And Super Yummy

Ingredients:
250g all-purpose flour
83 ml boiling milk
3 tbsp sugar
1 large egg
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp active dry yeast
42g butter
Chocolate flakes to fill
Directions:
Mix 60 grams of flour with the boiling milk, then add the rest of the flour, sugar and egg. Add salt and baking powder and stir, then add the butter and let rise until doubled.
Then divide the dough into 4 portions, roll out and fill with the chocolate. Weave them as shown in the video and then let rest for 30 minutes. Brush a beaten egg and bake at 180°C (360°F) for 20 minutes.
