Panzanella
INGREDIENTS
stale bread
tomatoes

METHOD
1. Tear the bread into rough 3cm pieces and place on a tray. Wet it with olive oil, water and vinegar, then bake at 180° for 10 minutes
2. Place the tomatoes in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Add black oliver, onion and tuna.
3. Add the pieces of bread and basil leaves.
4. Serve or put in fridge.

2. Toss all ingredients together! Add the pasta to the salad.
3. Keep in the fridge for 30 minutes and serve.

100g feta cheese

METHOD
- Cut the stale bread into cubes, brush the pieces with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary.
- Bake until they become crunchy. In the meantime, dice the cucumber and the avocado, chop the onion and add the tuna.
- Season with olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
- Add some cubed feta cheese and the croutons.
- Serve nice and cool!
